The class is structured into two consecutive sessions, meticulously crafted to facilitate a more enduring impact of Kundalini Activation. Before the workshop, please consider the following to ensure you have the best experience:

• Avoid consuming caffeine on that day (avoid consuming alcohol, any plant medicine for a few days, better weeks, prior the class)
• Opt for a light lunch 2-3 hours befor class
• Bring yoga mat and water.
• Wear comfortable clothing (white and beige tones)

HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE? -----You lie down on your yoga mat. Any social blocks are released in the comfort of an enclosed group of open hearts and non-judgmental sharing. I will activate you starting from the opening frequency of my speaking voice. Within minutes, the energy circulates from person to person and ignites the entire group collectively.
