Your Mental Wellness Workout Hosted by
Our signature 75-minute class is a holistic experience designed to build emotional resilience, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with yourself, on a more routine basis. Rooted in the belief that mental health is everyday work, we combine movement, reflection, and stillness in one cohesive session.
What to Expect:
- A grounding Vinyasa yoga flow, led by Our Studio Wellness founder Justine Chun, to release tension and restore mind-body connection
- Mindfulness-based journaling and therapist-guided discussion to strengthen self-trust and emotional awareness
- A closing meditation to leave you centered, calm, and clear
