JaLisa Nailon, M.A., LCPC, Clinical Director at Monte Nido, will discuss practical, evidence-based approaches for supporting clients as they transition out of eating disorder treatment. Participants will learn how to recognize early signs of relapse, develop effective follow-up plans, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, and implement strategies that promote sustained recovery.
Utilizing Hostage Negotiation Tactics in Facilitating Behavioral Change in Eating Disorder Recovery
Amanda Koplin, LPC, and Talia Nathan will explore how principles from hostage negotiation can enhance therapeutic work with clients experiencing resistance and ambivalence.
