Join us for an elevated journey into deeper embodiment and self-expression. Microdose & Move is an intentional space designed to connect you with your body, expand your awareness, and bring you into a state of flow through microdosing, movement, and music.

Set in the beautiful midcentury modern space of Creative Locale, this event is crafted to offer a full-spectrum somatic experience. Facilitated by Jillian Gordon and Misha Lantsov with music by Taosun, we invite you to immerse yourself in a transformative evening of ceremony, guided movement, and meditation.

The Experience:

• Opening Microdose Ceremony led by Jillian Gordon: Set your intention and gently open your awareness in a sacred, supportive container.
• Guided Movement led by Misha Lantsov: Drop into your body and explore expressive movement with expert guidance. Through a somatic learning process, Misha gives guidance, cues, and new perspectives to facilitate discovery of a deeper sense of inner knowing.
• Closing Meditation led by Jillian Gordon: Integrate the evening’s journey with a grounding and restorative meditation.
• Accompanying Music by Taosun.
  

Why Attend?
This is more than just an event — it’s a curated experience for anyone seeking deeper connection to themselves, their bodies, and their creative essence. Whether you’re new to microdosing mushrooms or a seasoned explorer, this evening is designed to leave you feeling inspired, aligned, and alive.

Details:

• Time: 5:45pm - 8pm (Ceremony begins at 6pm)
• Capacity: Space is limited to 50 participants to ensure an intimate and high-quality experience
• What to bring: water bottle, comfortable clothes to move in, yoga mat or blanket for final meditation if desired, and snack for after the experience is recommended
• Microdosing: Gifted by Jillian from her own personal mushroom cultivation. A variety of strain and dosage options will be available. For those new to microdosing, please ensure you arrive on time to receive guidance. Participants are welcome to bring their own if they choose.
• Intention: After signing up, you will receive a google form by email to walk you through setting an intention for the somatic eperience. This will help you keep an open mind and heart to allow a deep somatic experience.
• Disclaimer: All participants will be asked to sign a waiver on arrival. This is to acknowledge that you are choosing to engage with natural medicine through the personal use rules and regulations as set forth by the State of Colorado and assume all risks involved.
  

Who Is This For?
This event is open to adults 21+ of all movement levels who are curious about microdosing and eager to explore deeper somatic and emotional connection through movement and music. No prior experience is necessary, just an open heart and mind.

Meet the Facilitators:

Jillian Gordon:
I'm a psychedelic guide, wellness & integration coach, and movement practitioner dedicated to helping others unlock their innate capacity for growth and healing. My work blends evidence-based practices with spiritual insight, focusing on the mind-body connection to create safe, intentional spaces for self-discovery.

My philosophy is rooted in years of guiding psilocybin journeys, health & wellness coaching, chronic pain management, movement practices, and hosting retreats and workshops. I'm passionate about weaving connection and community into all aspects of healing, empowering individuals to embrace their emotions fully, rewrite old patterns, and rediscover their own wisdom.

Through ceremony, meditation, and personalized support, I walk alongside those ready to explore their inner worlds, both light and shadow. Whether you're seeking emotional healing, support with nervous system regulation, or integration after a psychedelic experience, I offer a compassionate and intentional space to guide your journey.

Misha Lantsov:
I am a movement teacher, bodyworker, artist, and athlete dedicated to helping others find balance, strength, and transformation in their lives. My approach is shaped by over a decade of teaching in schools and alternative education programs, alongside thousands of hours of hands-on therapeutic work.
Through my journey, I’ve come to see learning and healing as interconnected practices—both thriving in the delicate dance between structure and exploration.
I am passionate about these practices, not only as a way to enrich my own life but to bring depth, quality, and vitality to the lives of those I work with. Whether you’re an experienced mover or someone seeking relief and connection in your body, I’ve worked with individuals across all skill levels and conditions, tailoring my approach to meet you where you are.
