Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle or any other non alcoholic beverage you'd like to have in your space, as well as any crystals etc!

Chelsea Lambert, 200 RYT, Buti Yoga, Primal Flow, Level 2 Kundalini Reiki

Chelsea began her yoga journey many moons ago by stumbling upon a class while working at a local YMCA in Austin Texas, where she is originally from. Paving the pathway for healing, she began laying a foundation as a way to get in touch with her body, emotions, slow down her outlook in life to reconnect with herself, and finally did her 200HR YTT in 2021.

She is passionate about blending different styles of yoga and sound healing with emotional release and health, and is on a mission to hold space and share these beautiful modalities with as many people as she can, and is honored to guide your experience!

Heather Hogoboom, RYT 500, Level I & II Yin

Heather is a Colorado native who first tried yoga as part of a prenatal offering. Two sons and many years later, she sought out yoga as a space to calm the mind and manage stress. Yoga has been the common thread helping facilitate personal growth, rehabbing from injuries and community connection. Heather completed both her 200 hour and advanced 300 hour teacher training at The River Yoga in Denver. She received her Level I Yin certification at White Lotus Therapeutics in Denver and Level II Yin certification at Meta Yoga in Breckenridge.
