🌟 Everyone is Welcome: Community Recovery Group 🌟

Join us for “Everyone is Welcome,” a supportive community recovery group led by Nicholas Hoover at The Karma House. We meet every other Monday from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM to share, connect, and grow together.

Meeting Structure:

1. Grounding Round: Start with a calming meditation led by Nicholas or a group member.
2. Ground Rules Announcement: Emphasizing the use of “I” statements, confidentiality, and respect for all members.
3. Check-In Round: Each person has 90 seconds to share their name, an emotion, a high and low, and then call on the next person.
4. Agreements Round: Share personal commitments and progress, with an opportunity to discuss and make new stretch agreements.
5. Work Round: Engage in meaningful discussions on topics like strengths and challenges, and explore ways to enhance personal growth.
6. Gratefulness Round and Check-Out: Conclude with sharing how you feel, acknowledging personal achievements, and offering blessings to the group.
