Our Men’s Circle is a grounded and supportive space for men to come together in a spirit of brotherhood, honesty, and mutual respect. Led by Ash and Alex, these circles are designed to help men slow down, step out of “doing mode,” and reconnect with themselves and with other men, without pressure, performance, or expectation.

This is not a therapy group, and there is no requirement to share more than feels comfortable. Emotional expression is welcomed, but never forced. Simply being present is enough.

Each circle follows a gentle and consistent structure, creating a sense of safety and trust from the moment you arrive.

Arrival & Grounding: We begin with a warm welcome and a short grounding practice to help you settle into the space. This may include simple body awareness, natural breathing, and gentle sound to support relaxation and presence.

Circle Agreements: Clear agreements are shared at the start of each session, including confidentiality, respectful listening, and the option to pass at any time. These agreements help create an emotionally safe and non-judgemental environment.

Opening Check-In: Each man is invited to briefly check in using a simple prompt, such as how they are arriving or what brought them to the circle. There is no discussion or response — just listening. This helps normalise emotional expression in a contained, non-awkward way.

Theme Exploration: Each session centres around a single theme, such as brotherhood, male friendship, emotional awareness, or connection. Ash and Alex offer a short introduction, followed by guided reflection questions and optional sharing. Silence is welcome, and there is no pressure to speak.

Guided Meditation: The core healing element of the circle is a guided meditation focused on inner stillness and heart awareness. This supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and a sense of grounded strength. The meditation may be done seated or lying down, with eyes open or closed, and may include gentle sound.

Integration & Closing: We close with a short integration round, allowing each man to share a word or reflection if they wish, before grounding and completing the circle together.

For those who wish to stay and go deeper, an optional one-hour sound bath is offered after the circle. This is a quiet, non-verbal experience designed to support deep rest and integration.

Using gently played gongs, grounding tones, and crystal singing bowls, the sound bath allows the body and nervous system to settle, releasing tension without the need for conversation or analysis.

This circle is for men who:

• Want deeper connection with other men
• Find emotional conversations awkward but are open to exploring them
• Feel stressed, disconnected, or under pressure
• Value presence, honesty, and shared experience

No prior experience with meditation or group work is needed.
