Bowls & Percussion is a calming and immersive sound experience, offering a softer and more subtle alternative to our full gong and sound healing sessions.

This session brings together the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and traditional Tibetan bowls, the light, ethereal harmonics of angelic tubes, and a carefully curated selection of hand gongs and gentle percussion instruments. These sounds are layered with intention to create a soothing, spacious soundscape that supports deep relaxation and inner balance.

Unlike larger gongs, hand gongs are played with sensitivity and restraint, offering warm, rounded tones that gently ripple through the body without overwhelming the senses. Combined with bowls and percussion, they help guide the nervous system into a state of calm and ease.

You are invited to lie down comfortably and simply receive the sounds. There is no effort required, moments of stillness are woven throughout the experience, allowing the body and mind time to settle and integrate.
