Our circles offer a gentle mix of conversation, reflection, guided meditation, and the simple joy of sharing space with others. You don’t need any prior experience or knowledge — just a willingness to show up and be part of a supportive community.

Each gathering is a little different, but you can expect:

Our circles are inspired by the rhythms of nature and the belief that community care is powerful. Sometimes all we need is a quiet moment, a cup of tea, and the company of others who are also figuring things out.

Ali will share information about Imbolc. Imbolc is an ancient Celtic festival that marks the beginning of spring and the halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. Celebrated on or around February 1st, it is a time of cleansing, purification, and anticipation of the renewed life the spring will bring.
