SALSA FEEL GOOD and MAMBOS D’AFRO have teamed up again to bring you not one but two fantastic intensive workshops!
The brilliant Leny O Cassule will be delivering two 4 hour workshops in Kizomba & Semba
There will be something for everyone regardless of your level, whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned dancer💃🏽🕺🏽
Level 1 - suitable for complete beginners or for those that would like to repeat the workshop we did before in November. There will be extra content in this one.
Level 2 - suitable for all those that have completed Level 1 or did the workshop with us in November.
There will be plenty of music played throughout the workshop, so you can really get into the feel and rhythm of these beautiful African dances 😍🎶
So come and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself for 4 or 8 hours in the infectious rhythms of Kizomba and Semba❤️
This will be a great afternoon to learn and have fun 🤩

11am- 12pm - Kizomba & Semba Fundamentals including dancefloor etiquette
12pm - 12:10pm - Break (Beige buffet)
12:10pm - 1:20pm - Mastery: Combos and variations
1:20pm - 1:30pm - Break (Beige buffet)
1:30pm- 2:40pm - Become 1 with the Master (musicality)
2:40pm - 3pm - Rebita

LEVEL 2: Becoming 1 with the Master
Registration: 2:30pm

3pm - 4pm - Base Sequence of Steps (BaSoS)
4pm - 4:10pm - Break (Beige buffet)
4:10pm - 5:20pm - Disassociations (Saidas, Openings)
5:20pm - 5:30pm - Break (Beige buffet)
5:30pm - 6:40pm - Technical movements
6:40pm - 7pm - Rebita
