Cross Country - Allestree Park - New Date

Toilets are next to the Hall. There are No showers.

Two Lap Course approximately 6 miles (10km)

Terrain mostly grassed areas, plenty of woods, muddy in parts, with very little compacted limestone paths. There are some steep gradients!!!

Start and Finish are in the same location and the course is run in an anti-clockwise direction.

Off-road shoes; studs or spikes preferable.

Main Car Park (DE22 2EU)

Car parking is limited and you can't park parking along the main entrance drive. The main parking is in the wooded area, irregular in shape and not marked out so please park sensibly.

There is an alternative car park at the top end of the park, off Woodland Road, and another at the Evergreen Club on Cornhill (DE22 2FT).
