This year, put yourself on your priority list. When you love on you, you are able to love on everyone else fully, genuinely, joyfully.
A short break for YOU. Unwind. Breathe. Connect to the Peace Within.
Be with others who understand what you are going through day by day by day....
ALL are welcome. NO meditation experience needed.
We are casual, welcoming, and sit on comfy chairs. Water and tea provided.
All faiths/no faith. Bring a friend. Or come solo. You are never alone.
Each gathering reveals its own magic and is always WONDER-FULL.

"Spiritual Mama" Kelly also provides tips, methods, insights to make parenting more soul-connected. Other moms are going to faciliate as well. This is for YOU. Bring your perspectives, your problems, and your heart. Allow yourself to RELAX and receive.
