A fun unique heart-expanding BREATHWORK TO MUSIC + MEDITATION EXPERIENCE !About this Event
Have you ever tried breathing to the beat of music? Not humming along or singing, this is intentional focused breathwork with a curated customized playlist.
Unique. Powerful.
The breath paired with music gets you into the body; the mind automatically relaxes because it has something to focus on.
You are able to release stress and open more fully to PRESENCE.
Exhilarating and rejuvenating.
Then we slide into a guided meditation from this expansive heart-opened space. The meditation amplifies awareness and allows a space for guidance to come through.
Grounding. Calming. Centering.
We round out the evening with some reflection prompts and journaling, followed with time for sharing our insights, deepening our connection to self and to others.
