DRUM BATH

A Drum Bath is an immersive healing sound journey using steady, intentional drum rhythms that wash over you and speak directly to the body.

Rather than playing together, participants receive the medicine of the drum—allowing the vibrations to calm the nervous system, ground the body, and guide the mind into a meditative state.

The rhythmic pulse supports release, regulation, and reconnection—inviting clarity, presence, and embodied peace.

We begin in sacred circle and each person takes a turn standing in the center while two people beat the drums up and down you.

This is a receptive experience—you’ll stand comfortably while the drum’s pulse supports relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of grounding.

The rhythmic beat can help:

• Calm an overactive nervous system
• Release stored tension and stress
• Support emotional processing and clarity
• Encourage deep rest and embodied presence

No prior experience is needed.

Each person also has opportunity to take turns being a drummer, along with one of the leaders. You will feel the collective power when sitting in circle, when standing to receive, and when being the drummer. Potent and palpable.

ALL are welcome. A drum bath is especially supportive for those feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body.
