MEDITATION LUNCH HOUR
EVERY WEEK WEDNESDAYS - MID-WEEK RESET!
A short break for YOU. Unwind. Breathe. Connect to the Peace Within.
Be with others who desire to go deeper into truth, knowing, connection.
ALL are welcome. NO meditation experience needed.
We are casual, welcoming, and sit on comfy chairs. Water and tea provided.
All faiths/no faith. All genders, all ages. New folks show up every week and immediately feel at home. Bring a friend. Or come solo. You are never alone.
**JUST SHOW UP!! Even if you do not register, for whatever reason, there is ALWAYS ROOM FOR YOU. We have space. We have chairs. There is a donation jar. IF Eventbrite says full or isn't working right, JUST SHOW UP. You won't regret it. **
IT IS TIME TO ACCESS YOUR INNER PEACE. It's there. We promise.
