In this nurturing monthly group session, we work with the OM Tuning Fork, breath awareness, and guided relaxation to calm the nervous system, clear busy thoughts, and restore inner balance.
Many people leave feeling lighter, centred, and more grounded.
Afterwards, enjoy a soothing cup of herbal tea as you gently integrate the peaceful vibrations of OM.
✨ Open to all — whether you’re new or returning, each month offers a fresh opportunity to reset and realign.
✨ This session can be attended as a standalone self-care experience, or as a gentle grounding session before the first evening Sound Bath & Spiritual Awareness session of the month.
