Feel Good Fest - 10 year anniversary celebration

Come join us at St Paul's Sports Hall on March 12, 2026, 12 - 2pm.

Feel Good Fest recognises the mental health and wellbeing challenges students can face, while offering a relaxed space to take a break from your studies, enjoy fun activities, make meaningful connections, and build a shared sense of belonging.

It’s also an opportunity to access information and advice about the support available - both within the university and through our community partnerships.

Once again, the event will take place on University Mental Health Day, aligning with national efforts to raise awareness and improve student wellbeing across the UK.

For 2026, we are also excited to be part of UoP's One World Festival happening across campus during March.

Venue: Chaplaincy and St Paul’s Sports Hall

Drop in to enjoy therapy animals, crafts, free food, fidget giveaways, quizes, origami, stress and mindfulness techniques, create your own self soothe bag, raffle prizes and more.

There will be a variety of information on hand from Student Services, UPSU, Careers, NHS and other community partners.
