Gentle Beginners Yoga

Join Corine on your Yoga journey and experience the many benefits of Yoga including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being.
Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, celebrating our beautiful imperfections and every stumble on the mat, all whilst having fun and exploring your body.
In class, You’ll discover a blend of breath-work, a Gentle Vinyasa Flow and the serenity of Savasana, accompanied by a light meditation which will leave you feeling refreshed and energised.
Yoga is for everyone, all abilities are welcome and if you are experienced, it's always refreshing to enjoy a gentle stretch and slow flow!
Please bring your Yoga mat (or let me know if you need one) and water to keep you well hydrated. Wear loose and comfortable clothing/yoga clothes.
