Paint 'n' Yoga Portsmouth -Creative Release Workshop

I am so excited to announce that Paint Chill Co are teaming up with Kula Spirit Yoga for a special Paint 'n' Yoga workshop!
If you’re looking for a way to truly slow down and hit the reset button, this is it. We’ve designed this experience to help you move, breathe, and create without any pressure.
Here’s what’s happening:
The Yoga: Cat will lead a gentle session focused on releasing tension and settling into the moment.
The Painting: I’ll guide you through a mindful painting experience where we focus entirely on the process—not the final result. It’s all about colour, expression, and being present.
No experience needed: Whether you’ve never touched a yoga mat or a paintbrush, you are so welcome.
