You’ll be guided into relaxation through the soothing and powerful sounds of gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and gentle vocals, supporting the nervous system, emotional release, and energetic balance.
Sound healing is a passive experience — there’s nothing to do but get comfortable and receive. Many people experience deep relaxation, clarity, emotional release, or a sense of inner calm.
✨ This session is suitable for beginners and those familiar with sound healing.
✨ This session can be attended on its own, or combined with other sessions running on the same day.
🕯 What to expect:
• A calm, welcoming space
• Guided relaxation into sound
• Time to integrate and ground
🧘 What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything you need to feel warm and comfortable.
Yoga mats are provided, and you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
