🌙 Sacred Sound Bath & Spiritual Awareness – Ryde (Afternoon) 🌙A nurturing session combining the deeply restorative power of Sacred Sound with Spiritual Awareness and intuitive exploration.
We begin with a Sacred Sound Bath, using gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and vocals to relax the body, calm the nervous system, and create a grounded, receptive state.
This is followed by a Spiritual Awareness Circle, offering a safe and supportive space to explore intuition, energy awareness, inner guidance, and gentle discussion.
This session supports both deep rest and inner exploration.
✨ Suitable for beginners and those already on a spiritual path.
✨ This session can be attended as a standalone experience, or as part of a combined day if other sessions are running.
