You’re welcome to attend one session or experience the full evening.
🔔 Sacred OM Reset – 5:00pm
A gentle grounding session using OM tuning forks, breath and guided relaxation to calm the nervous system and bring you back into balance. A peaceful way to arrive and prepare for the evening ahead.
🎶 Sacred Sound Bath – 6:30pm
A deeply restorative sound journey using gongs, tuning forks, chimes and intuitive sound to relax the body and quiet the mind.
✨ Spiritual Awareness – 7:30pm
A warm and welcoming circle to explore intuition, energy and connection, with gentle guidance and shared space.
✨ Suitable for beginners and those already on their path
✨ Join one session or stay for the full trio experience
