Join me in a relaxing session being immersed in a range of beautiful vibrational instruments from
Gong, Crystal Bowls, Healing Pipes, Stardust Crystal Harp and much more.
These sessions aim to bring you into a deep relaxed state where you can release stress and tension allowing your body, mind and soul to feel rejuvenated.
Immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations where you’ll be carried gently into a space of calmness and peace.
Adults only and 16 yrs plus (youth to be accompanied by an adult)
What to bring: for your comfort
A yoga mat/roll up sleeping bag
Blanket/cushion
Drink of water
