About this Event
đź“– Letting Go by David R. Hawkins
What if the things we struggle with most, aren’t something we need to fix but something we’re ready to release? Letting Go offers a simple yet profound approach to understanding how our thoughts, emotions, and reactions shape our everyday experience. Rather than resisting or trying to change what we feel, this book introduces a powerful method of allowing, gently letting go of what we’ve been holding onto, often without even realising it.
Through this process, we begin to dissolve inner tension, release limiting patterns, and open ourselves to greater clarity, peace, and freedom. It’s not about becoming someone new, but uncovering what’s already there beneath the layers we’ve built over time.
Many of us hold onto emotions such as fear, anger, or doubt, not because we want to, but because we’ve never been shown another way. This book invites us into a different relationship with those feelings, one where we no longer need to suppress, analyse, or act on them, but simply allow them to pass through. As we practice letting go, something begins to shift. We feel lighter, more present, and more connected to ourselves and the moment we’re in.
✨ In our session
This won’t be about just discussing the book. Together, we’ll explore:
- Becoming aware of what we may be holding onto
- Experiencing what it feels like to allow and release
- Noticing how this shifts our state, thoughts, and sense of self
- Gently connecting back to a more natural, grounded way of being
Whether you’ve read the book or not, you’re welcome to join. The focus is on experience, connection, and bringing the teachings into real life.
