Welcome to Flow Run Club.

Join us for a 5k every Sunday at 09:00.

Whether your goal is to improve your times, find a running group or simply to feel good running outside, Flow has you covered. We are all about creating social spaces to do activies which make you feel good. Running is a form of freedom and we believe in movement for physical fitness, mental health and to find your community. At Flow you will find a group of friendly, welcoming people who share these values to run with!

We will be taking new routes weekly via the canal paths to explore the city and surrounding green areas. 

Often we will meet after for a coffee in Foundation Coffee House.
