based framework for restoring morale, reducing burnout, and boosting educational
progression.
Learn how supportive supervision techniques can protect resident doctors
from stress, improve their job satisfaction, and increase their retention on their training
programmes - all while fostering a culture of learning, empathy, and collaboration.
In this interactive session, participants will gain practical skills, including how to define
