Mindfulness can be a powerful grounding force during uncertain times. We intend to help you stay grounded by giving you some tools to stay focused on the things within your control, such as your mind, body, and breathing!

Join us at Cabbagetown Park as we move through a series of relaxing and restorative postures.

New to Yoga? No worries, so are we! We understand that everyone is in different places in their journey, so if you are new to Yoga (or have wanted to try it), the class is designed to be a relaxing introduction, led by a patient instructor.
