Join Bee for a 45 minute evening sound bath. Take this time to unwind and pause for a mid-week pick me up. Enjoy the energetic healing of the sound instruments, and recenter yourself with the reiki energy as you immerse yourself into these powerful frequencies.

You are not required to sit upright during these events. You can move as needed, changing from sitting to laying down at any time. You are also welcome to lay down the entire event if that suits you and your needs the best. Listen to your body, and allow yourself to be comfortable.

Please wear something comfortable, and bring water. Feel free to bring a light sweater, a blanket, or an eye mask to maximize your relaxation during this sound bath.
