Bi-Monthly Sunday Satsang: Journey Through the Bhagavad Gita

The Bhagavad Gita is more than an ancient scripture—it’s a living guide for yogis navigating modern life. Its teachings remind us how to act with clarity (Karma Yoga), cultivate discipline of mind and heart (Raja Yoga), open to devotion in its many forms (Bhakti Yoga), and seek wisdom that helps us see what is lasting versus fleeting (Jnana Yoga).

In our Sunday Satsang, we’ll engage in song, meditation, and open conversation inspired by the Gita. Each gathering explores timeless themes—like presence, courage, and resilience—and how they resonate in our own lives.

No belief system is required. You can see Krishna as God, as the higher Self, or simply as the voice of inner wisdom. What matters is exploring how these teachings can support us in living with awareness, love, and authenticity.
