Lunch bag Social Women’s History Month Toiletry Drive

Join us for a special edition of LunchBag Social in honor of Women’s History Month! This volunteer-driven event is dedicated to supporting women in need at the Harriet Tubman Women’s Shelter and the Progress Place Homeless Shelter in the DC area.

We’re calling on our amazing community to come together, donate, and assemble care packages that will make a real impact. Volunteers are encouraged to bring cash donations and/or toiletries to help us supply essential items to these shelters.

Recommended donation items include:

• Disposable towels

• Depends adult diapers

• Tide Pods (laundry detergent)

• Sticks of deodorant

• Liquid soap

• Shower shoes

• Tampons and pads

What to Expect:

We’ll meet at The Park at 14th, where volunteers will collect donations and work together to assemble care packages for delivery to the shelters. This event is also a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals who are passionate about giving back.
