Wellness Night with Ali Nettles & The Urban Grape!

We're wrapping up Women's History Month with a wellness event that will send you soaring into the weekend! Join us for a 75 minute yoga class in the private tasting room of The Urban Grape, and stay for an interactive 45 minute tasting of Women Owned and Produced wines. Please bring your own mat and props. The Urban Grape has gender-neutral bathrooms for changing and freshening up.
About Ali Nettles: Ali is a Washington, DC based yoga instructor trained in vinyasa and power flow. Born and raised in Selma, Alabama, Ali began teaching yoga to introduce others to the gifts of confidence, calm, and community that yoga has given her. She encourages authenticity and provides a “no judgment” space that allows students to let go and take flight. In her classes, you can expect to laugh (at her or yourself), be inspired by those around you, and walk away a little taller than before — both inside and out.

Ali received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certifications under Mimi Rieger, an internationally recognized yoga instructor based in Washington, D.C.
