In honor of Black Women's History Month, Ilera Health and Wellness Institute, in collaboration with esteemed Black women health professionals in DC, presents the Black Women's Health and Wellness Expo. This empowering event will provide holistic education, resources, and expert-led sessions addressing the unique health needs of Black women, with a focus on physical, mental, and respiratory wellness.
Join us for an afternoon of community, self-care, and wellness advocacy in a supportive and affirming space.
