This workshop is a gentle space to turn inward.

Through supported restorative yoga, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing, you’ll be held in deep calm as the body releases effort, the breath slows, and the mind grows quiet.

No yoga or meditation experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down and meet yourself with kindness and compassion.
