About this Event

Let's explore together how pleasure can be a site of liberation, healing, and resistance under oppressive systems. This event will be in person, and lunch will be provided.

Participants will:

  1. Understand adrienne maree brown’s definition of pleasure activism
  2. Name systems that restrict joy, desire, and bodily autonomy
  3. Explore pleasure as a political, emotional, and embodied practice
  4. Practice reconnecting with joy in grounded, consensual, liberatory ways
