Restorative Yoga by Candlelight at the Omni Shoreham Hotel

Every Wednesday from 6–7 PM for Restorative/Relaxing Yoga by Candlelight at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. This event will take place inside the hotel.

This community-centered class offers a chance to release tension, calm the mind, and nurture your body through gentle movement, deep breathing, and community conversation and mindfulness. An optional 10-minute guided meditation will be offered at the end to further quiet the mind and deepen your practice.

Along with restorative yoga and meditation under soft candlelight, we will also have moments for

• Gentle journaling prompts for reflection (feel free to bring a journal)
• Community conversation
