On Tuesdays, you are invited to step into the warm glow of candles at Temple Mother Earth and join Debra for a heart-opening evening of Sacred Candlelight Yoga.

🌿 Grounding in Gratitude 🌿

Together, we’ll root into presence, open our bodies through gentle movement, and awaken gratitude in every breath. This isn’t just a yoga class it’s a chance to begin September with clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of peace.

From the moment you arrive, this evening is all about you, your breath, your body, your spirit.

💫 Arrival
Step inside early, sip tea, and soak in the candlelit atmosphere. Let the music and soft light help you slow down before practice begins.

🌺 Grounding Flow
Debra will guide you through gentle, mindful yoga sequences that invite release and help you feel grounded and centered. This practice welcomes every body, no matter your level of experience.

🌿 Breathwork for Gratitude
Simple yet powerful breathing techniques will help you quiet the chatter of the mind, open your heart, and connect with gratitude in a real and embodied way.

🕯️ Candlelit Stillness
Melt into restorative postures under the glow of candlelight. Here, your body has permission to rest, your nervous system permission to soften.

🌙 Meditation + Closing Circle
We’ll complete the evening with a guided meditation and shared reflection, sending you into the rest of your week grounded, grateful, and renewed.

• 🧘 Yoga mat (limited mats available if needed)
• 👕 Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in
• 💧 Water bottle
• ✍️ Journal (optional, to capture reflections or gratitude insights)
• ❤️ Most importantly yourself, just as you are
