Links with Nature: Wild Yoga
About this Event
Join us for some Wild Yoga set against the beautiful background of Elemore Park!
Relax your mind and body and tune into nature all around with our beginner-friendly Wild Yoga session led by instructor, Roy Moor.
Roy will lead the group through a series of gentle movements and poses associated with the art of Dru yoga. This yoga style utilises soft, flowing movements and visualisation to encourage energy flow.
Mats will be provided and seats are available upon request. Roy will also take into account every individual's mobility limitations to ensure the activity is accessible for all.
