LCV Kitchen Series: Sushi and Maki
About this Event
Learn the fundamentals of sushi in this hands-on workshop led by a renowned chef. You will work with fresh local fish and seasonal vegetables to create both traditional and creative maki, while developing essential techniques such as rice preparation, rolling, and knife work.
All ingredients are carefully selected and locally sourced to ensure freshness and quality. The chef provides step by step guidance, along with recipes and methods you can take home and recreate.
The class is interactive and relaxed, allowing time to practice and refine your technique. Once complete, participants sit down together to enjoy what they have made. A welcome drink is included to complement the menu, and each participant receives an apron to take home.
