Join us for a monthly hands-on cooking series led by BC Dietitians, where food, evidence-based nutrition, and community come together.
Each month features a new topic, taught by practicing dietitians in a fun, interactive kitchen setting. You will cook, learn practical nutrition strategies, and enjoy the meal together.
July Theme: Menopause
This class focuses on how to support menopause through balanced, nutrient-rich cooking. We will explore key nutrients and how to incorporate them into everyday meals to support hormone health and long-term health.
