LCV Kitchen Series: Bread Basics
About this Event
LCV Kitchen Series: Bread Basics
Join Our LCV Kitchen Series: Bread Basics!
A baguette, a batch of hand rolled dinner buns, and a sourdough loaf, each one a different process, made side by side in one class.
You will shape and bake a baguette with a proper crust and open crumb, hand roll a batch of dinner buns, and build a sourdough loaf from a live starter, mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking every piece yourself. Three distinct processes, one session, each one teaching you something different about how bread actually works.
Led by one of LCV's Baking and Pastry Arts chef instructors in a professional kitchen. Welcome drink included. Recipes and apron to take home.
