Build confidence in the kitchen with this hands-on workshop and cooking class led by a renowned chef, focused on knife skills and seasonal vegetables. You will learn proper knife techniques, precision cuts, and efficient prep while creating dishes such as bruschetta, a roasted vegetable tart, and a fresh seasonal salad.
Ingredients are carefully chosen and locally sourced, highlighting the quality and variety of market produce. The chef provides step by step instruction, helping you develop consistency, speed, and accuracy. Recipes are provided so you can continue practicing these skills at home.
The workshop is interactive, practical, and approachable, designed for all skill levels. After cooking, participants gather to enjoy the dishes together in a casual and social setting.
