About Jill Erber
Jill graduated from The University of Chicago in 1998 with a degree in Computer Science and moved to Northern Virginia to work in software development. But she always dreamed of working for herself... and being surrounded by her favorite foods: cheese and wine! With the unflagging support of her husband, she opened Cheesetique in 2004, which quickly became an iconic destination for norther Virginia diners. The retail selection of high quality wines from around the world and outstanding cheeses garnered her a loyal following throughout the DMV. Jill lives to educate and create joy around all things cheese, and she is thrilled to have been bringing her one-of-a-kind expertise and experience to eager cheese lovers for nearly two decades.
