KundAlini Meditation and Moon Bath: New Moon in Gemini

The GEMINI NEW MOON is a time of setting intentions related to communication, learning, and new ideas. It encourage you to embrace change and explore new possibilities in your life.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We will gather together in this gorgeous venue to relax, rest, meditate and deeply bathe in the healing vibration of soulful mantra meditation followed by a supine gong/chime/Tibetan singing bowl soundscape.

Leave your worries at the door, cosy up in your blankets and give yourself some well-deserved R&R. This is your time to reconnect with yourSELF: check in with how you're doing physically, mentally and emotionally, experience a deep KundAlini meditation and embrace and absorb this powerful and energising full moon magic, which you can then channel towards positive actions and creativity!!! :)

NOTE:

Suitable for all soul brothers and sisters 16yrs and over.

No experience is necessary, beginners very welcome to this sound bath.

Please refrain from consuming alcohol/mind-altering drugs at least 12 hrs prior to the sound bath. You will be turned away if you under the influence (without refund).

If you have any particular medical concerns that may be affected by intense sound vibrations, such as a heart condition, epilepsy or if you are pregnant (up to 12 weeks), please consult your medical practitioner to check for suitability.

-Water Bottle / Re-usable Mug

-Comfy Layers of clothing

-Light blanket for your comfort

-Eye mask/equivalent if you wish

-Herbal Tea & Hot/Cold Water

LOCATION:

PHYSIO SPACE Pen y Lan - a gorgeous, fully equipped, quiet, and purpose built 1st floor yoga studio, (with physio and gym downstairs Mon - Sat)

PARKING:

There is plenty of free parking on the roads outside the venue. Car sharing encouraged.

Buses run frequently to Albany Road, Wellfield Road, Pen y Lan area.

Short walk from shops, cafes, restaurants and the Roath parks

Bike racks available outside the venue.
