"KUNDALINI Full Moon in Capricorn SOUND BATH"

The CAPRICORN FULL MOON is a time of grounding and focusing on long term goals, encouraging us to release what no longer serves us, reflect on progress and recommit and realign to our true purpose.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will gather together in this gorgeous venue to relax, rest and bathe in the healing vibration of soulful mantra meditation followed by a supine gong/chime/Tibetan singing bowl soundscape.
Leave your worries at the door, cosy up in your blankets and give yourself some well-deserved R&R. This is your time to reconnect with yourSELF: check in with how you're doing physically, mentally and emotionally, and embrace and absorb this powerful and energising full moon magic, which you can then channel towards positive actions and creativity!!! :)
NOTE:
Suitable for all soul brothers and sisters 16yrs and over.
No experience is necessary, beginners very welcome to this sound bath.
Please refrain from consuming alcohol/mind-altering drugs at least 12 hrs prior to the sound bath. You will be turned away if you under the influence (without refund).
If you have any particular medical concerns that may be affected by intense sound vibrations, such as a heart condition, epilepsy or if you are pregnant (up to 12 weeks), please consult your medical practitioner to check for suitability.
BRING WITH YOU:
- YOGA MAT or camping mat to lay on / seats available if you prefer
- BLANKETS
- pillow/cushion
- EYE MASK/equivalent if you wish
- WATER BOTTLE
- WARM LAYERS of clothing- natural fibres if possible
LOCATION:
OAT & BEAN - a gorgeous fully vegan cafe in central Cardiff (opposite the National Museum of Wales).
PARKING:
There is plenty of parking opposite and around the venue (free Sundays from 5pm).
Also Queen Street and Cathays train station are nearby.
Bike racks available outside the venue.
