Inner Healing Breathwork

We are back at Vibes for another healing and wellness session!

As ever, the session starts a couple of days before we open the doors, because you will be sent your own individual tarot reading via email. This helps your subconcious mind prepare for the the work we will be doing during the session.

On the day, the session starts with cacao which we use not only to bring ourselves into presence, but also to start to open our hearts to the healing process.

In order to further open your heart and encourage the energy centres of your body to fully support the session, I will then guide you through some simple, gentle movements.

Then we progress to the breathwork. I will guide and support you through the entire process. You will always be in charge of your own journey, I will be there to help you go to where you need to get to.

Throughtout the session I will be working with Reiki energy, both as a group and one to one.

All you need to bring is water and wear comfy clothing. The rest, yoga mats, bosters, blankets, etc, will be provided.
