Known for her refined desserts, artistic presentation and modern take on classic flavours, Veronica is bringing her signature style to Kingpin's wood-fired pizza oven with her indulgent dessert creation, the Miso Caramel Apple Pie Pizza. Blending nostalgic flavours with elevated pastry techniques, the exclusive dessert showcases Veronica's creative approach to reimagining sweet favourites in an unexpected way.
Originally from Indonesia and now based in Sydney, Veronica has built a loyal following for her beautifully crafted desserts, bringing warmth, creativity and cultural influence to every dish she creates.
This intimate event marks the final instalment of the six-week Kingpin Pizza Residency, a creator-led series celebrating some of Australia's most exciting food personalities.
