Tuesday 21 April:
Greek-Australian writer, chef and printmaker Ella Mittas will discuss her artist book, developed through the Tate Adams Memorial Fellowship at State Library Victoria and Baldessin Studio. The book brings together woodcut prints, recipes and essays tracing how food carries cultural memory, histories and identity across Georgia, Bulgaria, Italy and Greek-Australia.
