About this Event
Introducing our This course aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to communicate confidently and assertively.
Throughout this program, learners will learn how to establish and maintain healthy boundaries, as well as express their opinions with confidence.
The training combines theoretical and practical methodologies, which effectively promote assertiveness.
Participants will develop a strong understanding of assertive behaviors, including the ability to assertively say “no” while maintaining professionalism in tense situations.
By attending this course, participants will:
