Welcome to at Le Méridien Melbourne, an underground restaurant, cocktail bar, and live jazz club in Melbourne CBD.

Every Saturday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, brings together live music, European dining and late-night cocktails in one of the city’s most distinctive dining rooms. With a full house, a lively crowd, and performances from some of Melbourne’s best artists, feels part live jazz bar, part supper club, and entirely made for nights that run late.

A $10 cover charge applies per person and supports ’s live jazz programme. Once booked, the team will contact you to confirm your preferred seating. You are also welcome to email your Eventbrite confirmation to .

About DOLLY

Set beneath Bourke Street at Le Méridien Melbourne, is an underground European restaurant, late-night cocktail bar, and live jazz venue.

Led by Bordeaux-born Executive Chef Hervé Borghini, whose background includes Michelin-starred kitchens along the Côte d’Azur, the menu offers a modern take on bistro classics. Signature dishes include Confit Duck, Steak Frites, and ’s iconic flaming Bombe Alaska, one of Melbourne's most iconic desserts.

Later in the evening, the menu shifts into supper, with oysters, terrines, crispy frites, and ’s very affordable Champagne & Caviar service.
