Introduced to rave culture as a teenager, Bonnita was dusting the dance floor with talcum power at illegal warehouse parties during the 90s golden era of electronic music. Her musical knowledge runs deep; renowned for her eclecticism and technical abilities to take the dance on a journey they never knew they needed.
Bonnita weaves her dance floor magic, drawing inspiration from the technicolor vibrations of hip hop, jazz, disco, deep house, jungle / drum & bass, dub, techno and everything in between. A highly versatile vinyl DJ with 25+ years experience both locally and internationally has lead to her being one of Naarm’s most in-demand and cherished party selectors.
